Hat is cool. I am a little bummed at the customer service experience I received regarding the other item that was randomly refunded and never sent in my package. As soon as I saw that it was refunded I emailed you guys to ask if you could switch it out with something else and i’ll pay the additional and I never received a response still to this day. Im skeptical with hats without trying them on. This hat fits perfect, and not too big either where I don't have to tuck my ear lobe under the sides.
