We are an Online Men’s Athletic Clothing Brand located in Chatsworth, CA by the name of Young LA. We sell various products online on Amazon and Shopify www.YoungLA.com. We are searching for a strong candidate to help us grow our online presence. You will play a critical role in the growth of our Amazon FBA and FBM business. This role will be focused on identifying ways to drive sales, improve margins and oversee inventory management to optimize our online presence.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with demonstrated project management abilities to help lead the success of this channel. Experience should include a knowledge of eCommerce and/or Amazon’s Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and maintain brand and seller account health
  • Upload and optimize product listings, content, visual assets and conversion rates
  • Track and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews
  • Build actionable insights from amazon and other marketplace data analytics that can be converted directly into strategy
  • Monitor PPC marketing performance and Ad spend for keyword campaigns and product ads
  • Develop and continuously refine an AMS/PPC strategy to drive profitable growth, making sure customer acquisition costs fit within our product margin model
  • Analyze sales performance on a weekly basis
  • Forecast and plan inventory purchases and FBA shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers to ensure proper stock level for the main warehouse and Amazon fulfillment centers


  • Oversee inventory levels to assure they match future demand
  • Run daily/weekly reporting on sales and inventory
  • Review and strategize on new platforms or systems to help improve the customer experience
  • Manage the portfolio of online products ensuring copy, photo’s, inventory and placement are in line with company branding
  • Hiring, as needed, support team members to assure the department runs efficiently

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience with Amazon Marketing and PPC Campaigns
  • Shopify online store management
  • Experience with Ship Station
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, organized individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demand forecasting and project management
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong project planning, tracking & organizing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve processes
