Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving an order. Please make sure that the item to be returned or exchanged is unwashed and unworn with original tags. We are no longer accepting items to be switched in the exchanged process. You can only exchange for a different size or color. If you wish to exchange for a different item, store credit will be issued so you can place a new order with the item you want. We do not offer exchange on out of stock items. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time that you ship your item(s) back to us to process your return/exchange.

We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.
Shipping and Handling Times
95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! Priority Orders are always shipped before the standard orders. We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
The cut-off time for same day shipping for Second Day and Overnight Orders is 10am PST. Any orders placed after that time will most likely be shipping the following business day.
