Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority. We accept returns and exchanges on all their orders as long as the item is in its original and sell-able condition. We accept exchanges of up to 60 days after purchasing the item. 

 

In order to exchange or return your item, please mail it back to us and include exchange instructions/order number with the return. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will refund the item returned.

We only accept items in their original, new condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any form of hats due to hygienic reasons. Returns on other products are accepted. International Orders

We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees. 

Shipping and Handling Times

95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! Priority Orders are always shipped before the standard orders. We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day. 

The cut-off time for same day shipping for Second Day and Overnight Orders is 10am PST. Any orders placed after that time will most likely be shipping the following business day.
