I'm 6'00, 220 lbs, athletic build, Chest size 46, and I got a large. Its's a great fit, wraps around the arms and comfortable around the body. Fits similarly to the 401 Essential Tee. Will be getting more colors

I hope YoungLA NEVER gets rid of this Tailored Tee. It is the absolute perfect fitting T-Shirt for gym, outings or everyday wear.
