1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals worldwide who are at least 18 years of age. While YoungLA does not restrict international participants, legal eligibility will be interpreted under U.S. rules where applicable. Employees of Young LA Trading Co., LLC (“YoungLA”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

This giveaway is sponsored by Young LA Trading Co., LLC.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must like and comment on YoungLA’s official Instagram giveaway post.

Unlimited entries are allowed, but each comment must comply with Instagram’s community guidelines.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing information to YoungLA, not Instagram.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted from November 19, 2025 through November 24, 2025.

All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM PST on November 24.

5. Prize

Ten (10) winners will each receive the entire YoungLA Black Friday collection (approximate retail value: $10,816).

All sizing is subject to availability at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping costs, including international shipping, where applicable, will be covered by YoungLA.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen at random using a random comment selector tool from all eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on YoungLA’s Instagram Story and contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

Winners will have 48 hours to respond. If no response is received within that timeframe, YoungLA reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Rights & Publicity

By participating, winners agree that YoungLA may use their name, username, and likeness (including photos or reposted content) for promotional purposes in connection with the giveaway, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

YoungLA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control affects the integrity of the promotion. Entries that violate Instagram’s terms or appear to be generated by bots, fake accounts, or spam activity may be disqualified.

All participants must comply with Instagram’s community guidelines.

10. Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless YoungLA, Instagram, and all affiliated partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize acceptance.

Participants further agree to release Instagram of all responsibility and liability related to the giveaway.
