Young LA One Million Dollar Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Young LA Trading Company LLC whose Instagram handle is @YoungLA. The "Prize" refers to gift cards to the website youngla.com in the amount of $1,000.


By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 5:00 PM PST on June 1, 2023. One Thousand (1000) winners will be selected at random by The Promoter starting on May 22 and ending on June 2, 2023. The winners will be notified on or after each drawing, but in no event later than June 9, 2023.

One Thousand (1000) winners will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms. One hundred (100) winners will be chosen each business day during the Competition. The schedule for the announcement of winners is:

  3. 05/24/23 Wednesday - 100 Winners
  4. 05/25/23 Thursday - 100 Winners

  8. 05/31/23 Wednesday - 100 Winners
  9. 06/01/23 Thursday - 100 Winners
  10. 06/02/23 Friday - 100 Winner

No purchase necessary. Contestants are not required to pay to enter the competition.


Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.


Instagram is in no way affiliated or involved in the Giveaway. Entrants, be entering the Giveaway, release Instagram of any and all liability related to the Giveaway.


Only one Prize per person per Giveaway, each person may enter the Giveaway as many times as they wish.


Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by tagging three (3) other Instagram users in the comments of the specified Giveaway post on @YoungLA, liking the Giveaway post, and following the Promoter’s account @YoungLA. Entrant will receive a bonus entry for sharing the Giveaway post to their story or feed using the hashtag #1MYoungLA.


The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winners who have entered on Instagram, using a random comment selector. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. Promotor will provide winners a gift card code via a Direct Message from the @youngla official Instagram page only. Gift cards can be used across multiple purchases. Gift cards will expire 1 year from date of issue.


The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Promoter is not responsible for any unused portion of the Prize upon expiration of the gift card.


To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the Giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to one (1) dollar.


To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. The Giveaway is open only to residents of United States. 


Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.


The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.​


In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.


The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The validity, interpretation, construction and performance of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.


Each winner agrees to allow their name and social media username to be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winners have been selected.
