U.S. / Domestic Orders:

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 60 days of receiving an order.

We will pay for the shipping and provide a label for all US exchanges. Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method (with a shipping fee) or come in the form of store credit. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on customs or duties.

Online Credit - FREE Return Label
Perfect if you know you'll buy something in the near future, but aren't quite sure what you want right now. This is your best option!
Refund - Small Fee for a Return Label
Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. We charge a small fee to have it shipped back which will be deducted from your refund total.

International Orders:

Customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees. We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country.

Shipping and Handling Times:

95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! Overnight, Second Day, and Priority Orders are always shipped before the standard orders. We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or U.S. holidays will be shipped on the following business day. 

The cut-off time for same day shipping for Overnight, Second Day, Priority Orders, and DHL Worldwide Express is 10am PST. Any orders placed after that time will be shipping the following business day.
