Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 60 days of receiving an order.

At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on customs or duties.
*Exchanges do not hold items until the return items have been shipped to our facility
*As the holidays are approaching please expect delays on getting orders out and returns being processed, we will be working day and night to get all orders out as soon as possible and appreciate everyone's patience during the busy season!

Perfect if you know you'll buy something in the near future, but aren't quite sure what you want right now. This is your best option!
Refund - Shipping Fee For a Return Label
Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected (Processed between 2-7 business days from return delivery date). We charge a fee to have it shipped back which will be deducted from your refund total.

*When starting an exchange, items will not be held until return has been sent and processed, items are subject to become out of stock before returns are processed. If your return is processed after an item becomes out of stock you will be issued store credit which you can use towards your next order.

Also please keep in mind returns are not processed until they have either been sent or delivered back to our facility.


    International Orders:

    Customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees. We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country.

    • Please make sure that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are unwashed, unworn with original tags or it may be rejected
    • Personal items aren't eligible for returns
    • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition
    • We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, If the item(s) are out of stock for the exchange a refund will be issued for the items returned
    • You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed
    • We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed
    Shipping and Handling Times:

    95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! Overnight, Second Day, and Priority Orders are always shipped before the standard orders. We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or U.S. holidays will be shipped on the following business day. 

    The cut-off time for same day shipping for Overnight, Second Day, Priority Orders, DHL Worldwide Express, and UPS expedited orders is 2PM EST. Any orders placed after that time will be shipping the following business day. Keep in mind weekends would not be shipping days.
