Return Policy

U.S. / Domestic Orders:

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on Unworn, Unwashed, and Free Of Blemishes merchandise within 60 days of receiving an order.

Exchanges - Free Return Label
Fit wasn't quite right, or color wasn't what you thought? The cost to exchange is on us!
Online Credit - Free Return Label
Perfect if you know you'll buy something in the near future, but aren't quite sure what you want right now. This is your best option!
Refund - Handling Fee For a Return Label
Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method minus a handling fee.

Returns/Exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days after return has been received by our facility
Please make sure that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are unwashed, unworn with original tags, and free of any blemishes or it will be rejected, not processed, and donated due to it being in unsellable condition

Any items returned that are not sold by our company will be donated and return/exchange will not be processed

We monitor return and exchange activity and reserve the right to refuse return ability and can charge fees for any unusual or abusive/excessive behavior with returns and exchanges

We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if they do not comply with our return policy

You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed

We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed

 

*When starting an exchange, items will not be held until return has been processed, items are subject to become out of stock before returns are processed. If your return is processed after an item becomes out of stock you will be issued store credit which you can use towards your next order.

 

    International Orders:

    Customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees. We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country.

    Please include an exchange/return instruction message inside the package with below mentioned details:

       ITEM YOU WANT IN EXCHANGE

    Once you have returned the package please send us an email with your tracking number and order number to support@youngla.com so that we can have a record of the return.

    Returns will be processed between 2-7 business days from delivery date

    • Personal items aren't eligible for returns
    • We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if original items are not received in original condition
    • We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, If the item(s) are out of stock for the exchange a refund will be issued for the items returned
