Senior Business Analyst – Procurement & E-Commerce

Lead the tracking and optimization of the company’s business processes with regards to purchasing, inventory management, and sales performance. Analyze inventory requirements and purchasing trends using data from Microsoft Excel and various e-commerce platforms to develop sales forecasts, optimize inventory planning, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Utilize Power BI dashboards to analyze
historical and real-time sales and market data to support demand forecasting, product replenishment, and executive-level reporting. Prepare outbound forecast reports for various warehouse locations and track daily unit movements across divisions. Track and evaluate key inventory metrics such as inventory turnover, sell-through rates, and stock-to-sales ratios using data from Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Monitor overstocked or slow-moving SKU’s using Power BI and provide actionable recommendations for markdowns or inventory reallocation. Coordinate with merchandising, operations, and warehouse teams to support restocks, clearance strategies, and inventory optimization. Prepare and review sales performance and licensing reports, including payout calculations, promotional code analysis, and reconciliation of athlete vs. YLA codes. Generate comparative and financial performance reports to enhance stakeholder visibility and decision-making. Prepare weekly and monthly inventory and procurement performance reports using Power BI and Excel, ensuring real-time visibility into stock performance and product availability. Stay abreast of the latest technological advances and industry trends with regards to procurement, inventory, and sales performance tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

The position requires a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Operations Research, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. This may be substituted with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Operations Research, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related position. The position requires skills and knowledge in market analysis, sales performance tracking, vendor management, product lifecycle management, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. 

40 hours/week. Salary: $111,000.00 per year
