Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Expedited orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

  • Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays and carriers also do not deliver on these days.


Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

USA

  • Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days

  • Priority 2-3 day: 2-3 business days

  • 2nd Day: 2 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day

2nd day and Overnight options are guaranteed within the time frame promised which does not include weekends and holidays, if the delivery is past the expected time period customers are eligible for a refund on the shipping cost.

Delays can occur which is out of our control and can effect delivery times which we are not liable for on our standard and priority 2-3 day shipping options.

International

Some countries may not have all these options

  • USPS First Class International: 7-21 business days

  • Worldwide Priority: 5-14 Business Days
  • DHL Worldwide Express: 2-5 business days

  • UPS Expedited: 3-7 Business days

Delivery times are estimations and vary based on destination and customs clearance.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method for international addresses.

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (After discounts applied). If under that threshold it is a standard rate of $6.99.

  • Priority 2-3 Day is a standard rate of $15

  • 2nd Day is a standard rate of $35

  • Overnight is a standard rate of $50

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to item availability or fulfillment center locations. You’ll receive tracking for each package if applicable.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the shipping option. We do not cover any customs delays. 

*If a package is refused we will only issue a refund for the order minus the original shipping cost.


Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and would not issue a refund/credit for such situations.


Delivered Packages

Without Shipping Protection

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation. We would not be liable to issue any type of refund or credit for such cases as the carrier confirms delivery of the package.

With Shipping Protection

We cover the value of the orders that were investigated and found to be stolen or lost in transit, if the package is marked delivered and confirmed delivered by the carrier customers are not eligible for a refund or credit for the value of said shipment.

*If the address provided for shipment is to a freight forwarding or 3rd party shipping company, we are not liable for the package or contents after delivery regardless of purchasing shipping protection


Defects Or Damaged Items

We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind every item we sell. If you receive an apparel item that is defective or damaged, we’re here to help.

All claims for defective or damaged apparel must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a claim, please contact our support team at support@youngla.com and provide the following:

  • Clear photo(s) of the defect or damage
  • Your order number
  • The name or model number of the item(s)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition unless the defect prevents use.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused after delivery are not covered under this policy.


Missing Items From Your Order

We strive to ensure every order is accurately packed and delivered, in some cases items are shipped from different fulfillment centers or in multiple packages. Would recommend checking your order status first to see if any items are still not shipped before opening a claim. However, if you believe an item is missing from your order, please review the policy below:

  • Any missing item(s) must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • How to Report:
    Please send us an email to support@youngla,com including the info below
    • Your order number
    • A model number or name of the missing item(s)
    • Photos of the packaging and packing slip received
  • Investigation Process:
    Once your claim is submitted, we will review shipment records, including packing and carrier information, to verify the discrepancy.

*Claims reported after the 7-day window may not be eligible for review or replacement.
