Great shorts! Got a size L However, the website was a little off on the measurements. i’m 5’8, 210lbs and 34 waist. the shorts still fit a little loose in comparison to what was recommended. even rolled down the waistband. Go down a size if you need to!

Amazons short to ware! Only disadvantage is when opening the legs to the side (in the gym), it is somehow difficult because of the material that is made of to open them comfortably, however, other than that, it’s so comfortable and light to ware

I own several styles of shorts from YoungLa and these are my favorite. I’m 5’8 188 lbs and the medium fit me perfect. They are light weight and stretch where it needs to stretch. Will definitely be purchasing again.
