5'9 180lbs size medium fits perfect. It's a nice stretchy material so I think it'll fit me for quite a while
I’m 6’3” 225lbs and the xxl fits right. The aesthetics are nice, and it lays right so I can spot my form in the mirror at the gym (yeah, I’m one of those dudes were the visual helps me lock in).
It actually gets better after the first wash. I bought the XXL and I was a little worried about the length but it's ok

So fire brah stringer for life. Only thing i’d consider is to go up a size incase washing shrinks, unless you hand wash otherwise all good. This color is better than the grey one i got of this. Just has a different blend, the grey feels like 100% cotton, but this red is more light similar to 80/20 cotton+polyester. Which i like since it feels slightly cooler/breathable not a huge difference. Just fyi.
